Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations are allocated a 20 minute slot, so please allow some of that time for questions (15 mins talk and 5 mins questions is preferable). You should bring your presentation on a memory stick to your allotted session 15 mins or so before it begins, to allow time to load and check it. A laptop PC will be provided for the presentations, so if you use a Mac, please either bring it (and the associated leads) with you to use, or preferably, save the talk as a PC version and check it over before you present (Mac to PC PPT conversions can cause problems sometimes).
